At Zavon Men, we hold our products to a high standard — and we hold ourselves accountable when we fall short of yours.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, tampered, or if you received the wrong product — we'll make it right. No questions asked.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.

Change of Mind

Because our products are personal care items, we're unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
If your order is unopened and unused, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping cost in this case is on the customer.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer — please provide your account details when contacting us.
