Damaged or Tampered Orders
We package every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged or tampered with:
- Take a clear photo of the packaging and product immediately
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked
