1. About Us

Zavon Men is men's grooming brand legally registered in Pakistan. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of our products.

 

2. Eligibility

By using our store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the store under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

3. Products

We take pride in the quality of our formulations. All products are manufactured in compliance with applicable Pakistani standards. Product images are for illustration purposes — slight variations in color or texture may occur between batches.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or update any product without prior notice.

 

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is the price you pay.

 

5. Orders & Payment

Orders are accepted through our online store. We offer:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — available across Pakistan
  • Online payment via our secure payment gateway

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

 

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across Pakistan. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours.

 

7. Returns & Exchanges

Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for full details. In summary:

  • Damaged or incorrect orders: reported within 48 hours, we will replace or refund
  • Opened or used products: not eligible for return for hygiene reasons
  • Unopened products: eligible for exchange within 7 days

 

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Zavon Men store — including the brand name, logo, product names, imagery, and copy — is the intellectual property of Zavon & Co. (SMC-Private). Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Our trademarks are registered in Pakistan across Classes 3, 35, and 44.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

Zavon Men's liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

 

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Peshawar, KP.

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will always be available on our store. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
